The ultimate measure of success is our client’s success. Those are the stories most thrilling to tell. Like one of our first clients, CORE Physical Therapy, who has grown immensely since we first began working together way back in 2009. Here’s a snapshot of the success story written so far.

CORE is staffed by a team of hands-on physical therapists that use state of the art equipment to treat every physical therapy problem from head to toe. They believe in a fun, supportive culture while maintaining health and fitness. In 2009 they were just a small clinic in downtown Fullerton. But big things were in store for CORE, and Red Mallard would get to be a part of watching this small clinic flourish into a multi-site practice.

At the start of our working relationship, Red Mallard helped CORE identify and improve their overall brand message. Through research and targeted questions, we helped define their unique approach to physical therapy so we could create a customized plan for their physical therapy marketing. What made them stand out? It was their hands-on, manual therapy philosophy.

Once the core of their brand identity was established, we developed scores of company collateral to reinforce proper messaging across all marketing channels. We wanted their website and corresponding marketing materials to stand out in the sea of medical websites. We also designed and produced interior patient sales tracking sheets and prescription pads that kept their internal team organized and focused to meet goals. After creating all the internal pieces, we began working on external marketing efforts, using promotional products to expand their clientele.

Helping CORE in all of these aspects paid off. We saw a steady increase on organic SEO website activity which has translated into greater ROI and more authority for CORE’s brand in the physical therapy space. In 2012, they expanded their small clinic into a large facility in downtown Fullerton and also opened a second clinic in Orange. And, in 2015, CORE opened its third clinic in Temecula.
